We make the meals fresh with local ingredients and freeze for your convenience. Best if eaten within 3 months.
Made with grass fed beef, free-range chicken and pasture-raised pork and always 100% Grain, Dairy and Gluten free. No soy, preservatives, processed oils or added sugar. We use organic ingredients when available and source our vegetables from local farms.

Microwave instructions: From frozen, open lid to vent or place contents in a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 3-5 minutes.
We source our grass fed/grass finished beef from a family farm in Hat Creek, California, only 200 miles from Sacramento. Hat Creek is in Shasta County and is surrounded by Lassen and Shasta National Forests. The cattle are never fed grain and never given hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. The grass they graze on is completely natural. The beef is dry-aged for 21 days, hand-trimmed, and packaged at a certified organic USDA processing facility.
We source our pasture-raised pork from a family farm in Guinda, in Yolo County, less than 60 miles from Sacramento. The pork is a cross-breed of Wild Boar and Heritage Hogs. The hogs are CCOF certified organically raised.
We will no longer be selling the meats we source locally. You still have access to buy the beef and pork we use in our meals.
